Shipping Information
*Please note all EXPRESS orders that are placed after 12:00PM MST May NOT be shipped out same day. All orders with programming requests may take up to 48 hours to process and ship out.
Ground:
This is a guaranteed, date-scheduled, cost-effective delivery option for commercial and residential shipments. Your shipment is a day-definite delivery typically in one to five days. This option is available to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
3-Day Select:
This is a guaranteed service for less time-sensitive shipments. Delivery is by the end of the third business day. This option is available only to the 48 contiguous states.
2nd Day Air:
This is an alternative to overnight shipping if you have the flexibility to wait an extra day. Delivery is by the end of the second business day. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time. This option is available to all 50 states and Puerto Rico, with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii.
Next Day Air Saver:
This is a guaranteed next-day service with afternoon delivery. For commercial destinations delivery is next day by 3:00 or 4:30pm. For residential destinations delivery is by end of day. This option is available only to the 48 contiguous states. Not available to destinations where UPS Next Day Air delivery is committed by end of day.
Next Day Air:
This is a guaranteed overnight delivery for day-definite shipments. Delivery is next business day by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination. This option is available to all 50 states and Puerto Rico, with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii.
Next Day Air Early AM:
This is a guaranteed early morning delivery for time-critical shipments. Next business day delivery by 8:00 a.m. to major cities in the 48 contiguous states. Delivery by 8:30 or 9:00 a.m. to most other U.S. cities, including Anchorage, Alaska. Delivery by 10:00 a.m. to additional locations.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
