Returns and Warranty Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from (Sunny Communications), you have thirty (30) days from the date of receipt to request a refund.To qualify for a replacement or refund, all the following conditions must be met:A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within thirty (30) days of your purchase date.

The serial number of your Radio must be verified by (Sunny Communications) for date of purchase.

Returned Product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or water damaged).All accessories originally included with your Product must be included with your return.

If you are returning an item and there is nothing wrong with said item, then the responsibility and cost will fall upon the customer.  RMA # must be written on box or inside written on the invoice on the returned shipment. (Sunny Communications) shall cover the cost of return shipping with a prepaid shipping label only if the original product is determined faulty or if we deem responsibility should be ours.

A refund will be issued for the original purchase price plus applicable taxes . Refunds can only be credited in the form of the original payment method.
NOTE: There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with respective carrier.

Restocking Fee

In rare circumstances, customers may be charged a restocking fee for merchandise returned.  Circumstances may include, but are not limited to: extended tech time to work on radios, equipment procurement expenses, or damages incurred during return shipping.  Such circumstances are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and all decisions concerning restocking fees are made by the Sunny Communications Management Team.  Such fees will be assessed at the time a refund is issued unless notified otherwise.  


Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless (Sunny Communications) determines that: (1) the charges requested are legitimate and reasonable; and (2) the Product is inoperable and/or fails to operate substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation through no fault of the original purchaser or through no fault of a third person.

If you return Product to (Sunny Communications) (a) without an RMA request or (b) without all parts included in the original package or (c) without the (Sunny Communications) RMA shipping label; (Sunny Communications) retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or refuse replacement or refund.

Refunds will be processed and paid within two (2) weeks of (Sunny Communications) receipt & verification of return product.


This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, & only for physical goods, purchased from (Sunny Communications).

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, (Sunny Communications) will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use & maintenance.

The Warranty Period for physical goods purchased from (Sunny Communications) is 30 days from date of purchase.

A replacement good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original purchase or 30 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: Conditions, malfunctions or damage NOT resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
