This is an ICOM UHF radio, model number IC-F60V. This is a 4 watt, 128 channel radio with a band split of 400-470 Mhz. This radio is the waterproof version of the IC-F60 (the V in the model does NOT denote VHF but IP67).  Radio is in great condition and guaranteed fully operational. Unit comes complete with antenna, lithium ion battery, belt clip and rapid charger. Radios are capable of both wide band and narrow band operation.  Free programming is available.
