The Harris/M/A-COM/GE (MASTR III series) is commercial-grade 110-watt VHF power amplifier module designed for the 150–174 MHz frequency range. It is built for integration into GE, M/A-COM, and Harris MASTR III land mobile base stations and repeater systems. These have been fully tested and have a 30-warranty.
