This is Motorola NMN6274 APX™ XP Remote Speaker Microphone. A digital signal processor (DSP) algorithm helps suppress background noise so you can be heard clearly regardless of the noise around you - excessive traffic noise, crowds and/or sirens.

This speaker mic has a unique dual-microphone design tracks the talker's voice. This mic Includes a flexible 360-degree rotatable shoulder clip. A D-ring provides an additional attachment option. This IMPRES RSM is the thinnest RSM in the APX portfolio and the buttons are enlarged for easy access - recessed to avoid accidental activation.
