Return Policy

30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Used-Radios.com (Sunny Communications), you have thirty (30) days from the date of receipt to request a refund.

To qualify for a replacement or refund, all the following conditions must be met:

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within thirty (30) days of your purchase date.

The serial number of your Radio must be verified by Used-Radios.com (Sunny Communications) for date of purchase.

Returned Product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or water damaged).

All accessories originally included with your Product must be included with your return.

The Product must be shipped with a Used-Radios.com (Sunny Communications) RMA shipping label.

Used-Radios.com (Sunny Communications) shall cover the cost of return shipping only if the Product is shipped with the RMA shipping label.

A refund will be issued for the original purchase price plus applicable taxes . Refunds can only be credited in the form of the original payment method.

NOTE: There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with respective carrier.

GUARANTEE TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless Used-Radios.com (Sunny Communications) determines that: (1) the charges requested are legitimate and reasonable; and (2) the Product is inoperable and/or fails to operate substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation through no fault of the original purchaser or through no fault of a third person.

If you return Product to Used-Radios.com (Sunny Communications) (a) without an RMA request or (b) without all parts included in the original package or (c) without the Used-Radios.com (Sunny Communications) RMA shipping label; Used-Radios.com (Sunny Communications) retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or refuse replacement or refund.

Refunds will be processed and paid within two (2) weeks of Used-Radios.com (Sunny Communications) receipt & verification of return product.

90-Day Warranty

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, & only for physical goods, purchased from Used-Radios.com (Sunny Communications).

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Used-Radios.com (Sunny Communications) will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use & maintenance.

The Warrany Period for physical goods purchased from Used-Radios.com (Sunny Communications) is 90 days from date of purchase.

A replacement good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original purchase or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: Conditions, malfunctions or damage NOT resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

IMPORTANT: To obtain warranty service, you must first complete an RMA Request Form & select “Repair or Replace (within 90-Day Limited Warranty)”.

Once the form has been completed, a Used-Radios.com (Sunny Communications) Team Member will contact you within (24) business hours with subsequent action steps.
